State money expected to re-energize Flats East Bank project

The Ohio Development Financing Advisory Council has approved a $3.2 million urban redevelopment loan to the city of Cleveland for the project. The state money, combined with $1.5 million from the Cuyahoga County Brownfield Revolving Fund and a $1.25 million loan from the city of Cleveland, complete financing for this stage of site work.
