Tenants of the 18-story office tower include Ernst & Young, Tucker, Ellis & West, and CB Richard Ellis.

Ernst & Young

Ernst & Young, one of the Big Four accounting firms and Cleveland’s seventh largest for-profit employer, will move its 1,200 local employees to the new Flats East Bank office tower. E&Y will occupy the top six floors of the 20-story building as its largest tenant. Ernst & Young will also relocate its Richard Baker Training Center from Middleburg Heights to the downtown office. Clevelander A.C. Ernst founded the accounting firm in 1903.

Tucker, Ellis & West

Cleveland-based law firm Tucker Ellis & West LLP was the first business to join the Flats East Bank development. The firm’s 210 local employees, including 90 attorneys, will utilize four floors in the building. Tucker Ellis & West also has offices in Columbus, Denver, Los Angeles and San Francisco. The firm represents a number of Fortune 250 corporations and prominent insurance companies.

CB Richard Ellis

CB Richard Ellis was the third client to join the new office tower. The commercial real estate services company will move nearly 150 employees in Greater Cleveland to the new building. CB Richard Ellis is the world’s largest commercial real estate services company, and its Cleveland office dominates the local market.
