The development team continues to receive high levels of interest from many exciting national, regional and local restaurateurs that will provide customers exceptional selections and a distinctive and memorable experience.

Once selected, these operators will not only have a captive audience in Flats East Bank, they will also have the opportunity to capture the needs of the neighboring underserved downtown residential and office markets.

Phase 2 of the Flats East Bank project will ultimately feature additional retail choices including local apparel, home furnishings, specialty shops and boutiques.
